While trying to find out when 2 pieces of equipment I use often would be repaired, I was treated very rudely by the manager, Steve Gourlay, Jr. I attempted to explain the details of the problem. He was immediately defensive and very abusive, and claimed he was away a month so he couldn%u2019t know anything. I said that someone else would have been in charge while he was away (this is a business after all!), and I was just looking to find out the status of the equipment servicing.
