If I could give zero stars, I would. If you want huge, brown, free formed stains on your laundered shirts then this is the place for you. Upon picking up my garments, I was greeted by not 1, not 2, but 3 huge stains on 3 separate shirts. When I took the shirts back to the laundromat, I was told that the shirts would be redone. I wanted my money back as well as compensation for the damaged shirts. Nope, redo was what was offered. After the redo, the stains remained.
