Stay away from this bunch. It recently merged with Margate, NJ's Prudential, Fox and Roach. This is not a good thing. These Zitomer realtors now will have to deal with such untrustworthy realtors as, oh, say Mark Arbeit. This guy sold out me and my wife big time and cannot be trusted. Don't believe me? How 'bout The Washington Post? Read articles on Arbeit in that paper's archives for June 20, 25 and 26, 1987. Can you believe this guy is running at large among Margate's "Beautiful People"? And picking up adoring fans every day? I can't. H
