The owner is a jerk! He overcharges hugely on his vehicles that are junk! When my sister was hit and her vehicle totalled, he insisted on picking the vehicle up to access the damages. Then he charged her the tow bill. In the meantime, she's been waiting for insurance to pay the claim. He refused to give her the tags back until he received her money. Cops had to be called! Insane...I'd never buy anything from him and suggest you look elsewhere too!
