After doing business with Innovative for 10 yrs., copier was paid for and of course, broke down after paid and clear. Copier was so obsolete that parts couldn't be purchased to fix machine/ or so they stated....Owner purchased/lease to own new copier with primary business. 1 year later, purchased new business and added 2 copiers to that business. Due to poor economic times, and untimely payments from Medicare and Medicaid,( 2nd business/doctor's office) was closed. Prior to closure, Innovative Office systems was notified after 2 months delinquent pymts%2
