i went to ponderosa tonight,and was not happy at all we waited 45minutes for 2 meals .we had five people come in after us and got there meals ,the waitress was ignoring us also cause she new we was not happy when she finally asked us if we was waiting for a meal...and never once did she ask us if we need another drink.when i finally did getour 2 steak meals i asked her what happened ,and she says well it takes a little bit to cook steak.i said u mean u just messed up our order and forgot us,and she said well probably and on top of it the meal was stinking cold...i h
