I liked the way Victor was so detailed when he came to give an estimate. Yet when the actual cleaning came, only one lady showed up and the supposedly thorough and detailed cleaning turned out to be soap scum on the tub and shower, food stains on the stove, dirty window sills and more ughh (of which I got pictures and even raised my concern to Victor but got no response - looks like he talks smooth only when giving estimates and trying to get the sale). Imagine all this after paying a premium for their service. Would never use them again, would not recomme
