My family and I woke up to a cold house on Nov. 4 and I could not get the furnace to heat. I called Reid at Classic Heating and relayed the code the furnace was flashing. He set an appointment for 11:00AM that moring and showed up right on time. He had my furnace up and running quickly and showed me the part that had failed.
