I had inquired about a 99 Dodge - asking price, etc. The truck was supposed to be in good condition with the exception of a cracked windshield which was supposed to be fixed. Price was to be negotiable and vehicle available and ready for sale. After my phone conversation I drove from Birmingham, AL to Memphis, TN ready to purchase the vehicle as long as the vehicle was in the condition as described.
