I purchased an Oakdale home from President Larry Craven. I was charged for a 36" foundation and received one that was less than 24" thick. The foundation failed and it has cost me over $200,000 to repair. Larry Craven closed his company and went to work for several other home builders before becoming president of Lionsgate Homes. I should have had my attorney read the construction contract which basically took away most of my rights, I signed away my option to sue the builder. Beware.
