Before I got outside where I found the color to be incorrect, I had him clean the upper part of the boots where he got excess dye on them. Rico redyed my pair of Lucchese boots to a dark green instead of dark brown. I took him outside to show him the color and he denied it was anything other than brown. The color I chose (Dark Brown) was on a can of spray he had in the lobby and he said he mixed the color in back (which came out DARK GREEN). He said he would redye them, but, a darker color.
