I am a buyer from J&W Automotive I purchases a 1999 windstar van They willfully sold it to me knowing the transmission was bad. I tried to contact them to fix it or return my money I was told we do not give back money but drive the van slow and it will last a long time. Reading all these people story concerning how wonderful they are I could not believe what I was reading apparently he have special customer he work for and treat them like people but me he treated me like a joke form out of space I am still wondering if this is the same person that sold me the van are this
