I ordered something from unitedbeauty.com and did not get a confirmation or any type of communication from this company whatsoever until they were ready to ship my product... a month later! Until then I figured my order just hadn't gone through. And even then I was informed that it would take up to two extra weeks. I wrote an email stating that communication should be better and no communication at all was unprofessional.
