Review

I am 100% disgusted with their customer service! I will put a review where ever I can saying the same. I ordered a Red Sox jacket for my son on 9/4/13. Order number 42820. On 9/10 I emailed asking for a tracking number... no response. On 9/13 I called and gave my phone number and they said they knew the order I was talking about and would call me by the end of the day...no call back. After not hearing from anyone by 9/17, almost 2 weeks later, I called again. You know what they FINALLY tell me? "Oh, we couldn't locate the jacket so your order was canceled.%2
