Review

A very bad home buying experience. They are very difficult to get a hold of when you need them. They miss deadlines for the standard home buying timeline. It seemed to me like the people at this company flip houses as a hobby rather than as a profession. Some of the contractors they use do sub-par work and don't always pull building permits. Make sure you choose your words wisely and get all that you can in writing when negotiating with them.
