I was born and raised in Hayward,so I am a local "foodie".But usually,if I am going on a special date with someone I really want to impress,I would go to San Fran and beyond.Not anymore!Now there is a new French resturant called the Bijou,right here in my hometown!They have a wonderful and cozy bar area with some really exotic cocktails,and the best champagne around.The big screen T.V's are a plus too.The ambiance in the bar and the dining area are very conducive to a little romance.I would much rather support a local buisness than spend time and gas going futher out for a
