Dont get me wrong, the neighbors are great, but good luck getting anything done with the Office staff. Major delays with service request (non urgent issues though). Should grant them quick service with water heater problems. Annoying roof repair!!! Piss poor constructions - allocate at least $600/mo in winter for gas bill. Would not recommend. Find a better place - pay $300 more and live in parsippany
