i went to the shop and asked for some help with my phone and the man i the store fixed the phone in 5 min. at no charge and put me on a new plan with out a upgrade or trying to sell me something and saved me $96 a year. that is what i call good business. then i got a car charger with a one year warrenty for $8!!! $8!!!!!! $8!!!!!! OEM! not the cheap kind that is realy cool.
