These guys broke my window while working on a part of the car I did not ask to be worked on! I brought my car in for the Signature Oil Change Service which is advertised to perform several servicesincluding inspecting engineairfilters, however the cabin air filter is not part of the engine system and should have never been touched or removed in the first place. The owner Ramel Diaz, which admitted to being the guy who worked on my car, was negligent and took a short cutby not removing all of the pins that held the cover in place.
