I recently received a notice in the mail that I was eligible for $25, to use towards Holiday Gift's. Since I was contacted by this company earlier this year to allow me to receive about the same amount, that would be tacked on my loan, I went in to the Alcoa branch to inquire about what I received in the mail and was met by a very hateful woman, who called me stupid before I calmly walked out the door. So why does Covington Credit send these notices out to their customer's? So they can be rude and hateful? Thank you for a very bad experience this rainy Mon
