Basically, this company does NOTHING and collects your money. They don't answer calls or respond to e-mails in a timely manner, and their advertised "infinite counseling" amounts to an unkempt, unprofessional person showing up to your house once and leaving you high and dry afterwards. They make their money by taking yours and then "referring" you to an agent who discounts you the fee charged by FSBO. In other words, the agent has to agree to "eat" the amount you paid FSBO, and FSBO keeps it after doing nothing.
