Beware this loan company. They are unprofessional and do not follow federal laws. My husband is a disabled veteran and had a small loan there for $250. We informed the company we were filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy and they rushed to get a judgment and garnishment against him. We supplied them with the bankruptcy paperwork and our attorney called them twice with our paperwork. Legally they are supposed to put a stay on the account and release the garnishment but the manager refused. He personally called my husband and told him that he could release the garnishment but simply
