My husband bought a bottle of whiskey eligible for a mail-in rebate, but was given only a credit card receipt, not the itemized register receipt required for the rebate. I returned to the shop the following day to request the register receipt. The clerk phoned the mgr, who said to tell me to come back later. The clerk said he couldn't provide the receipt because he wasn't the clerk who had made the original sale (duh!) I returned later, no mgr, different clerk. This clerk said he could only go back 24 hours, and it had now been 26 (only 22 at m
