Vinnie's is situated on US44i in a small strip mall surrounded by half-dozen hand printed signs exclaiming "Award Winning Wings!" (with no proof) I've been in a couple of times for lunch when my hunger was greater than my self-preservation. As expected, the zanny-looking exterior belies a so-so dining experience. The interior is spartan, like the flavors. I ordered the asian "spicy" wings that came in a plastic basket with a tissue bottom and plasticware utensils you fetch for yourself.
