Review
As a past resident of Windsor Arms, one has to honestly wonder if some employees are giving the positive reviews seen on other sites. Everyone I know and have talked to has had a horrible experience with these apartments and the management. Kim Boyd was the manager when we resided there, perhaps this has changed. One might state that this is just someone complaining because of something. The negative reviews you read are actually true and I thank God that I my family is no longer living in these apartments. The worst I have ever lived in. Stay far away!
