They don't respond to your concerns. They charge you for something you don't do. Example, they were suppose to remove things like satellite dish but when I moved in, there was on already installed on my side. So when I moved out, they charged me saying it was mine and they need proof I have other service. I don't recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to live.
