John A. Gangemi, DC is the founder of the Release & Balance® Spinal Method, a gentle chiropractic technique that stimulates the body & nervous system to return to balance & improve health. The Release & Balance® Spinal Method is a health & wellness system of spinal care that releases patterns of tension, i.e. energy blocks, within the spinal-cranial system to restore physiological balance.
