I'm not sure when it was now. Back in late 2001, early 2002, perhaps? My first encounter with Mr. Wells. An extraordinary man. Perhaps as schooled in public service, as our first President Bush? Willing to go out of his way to help me, when the at&t service provider in Palm Coast, slammed the door in my face. His trials and tribulations having been many and still he opens the door to his shop, everyday. Takes care of loving wife and children. A very admirable man of integrity.
