I had to file a grievance to the office of the chief disciplinary counsel about the lack of ethics on this attorney...Mr. Strauch told me there was no witness report or offense report with my accident report so that he could go after my insurance company instead of making the responsible party's insurance pay because it was easier and in HIS best interest. All the while, the accident, witness and offense report were all there at the records department, which I had to go get myself, since he said they were not there.
