I can't believe that Chase has retained the REO services with this HORRIBLE asset management? They should fire them. I am a real estate agent in Los Angeles CA and their Asset managers are all RUDE to work with. They did NOT sign a listing agreement with you in the first place and you worked for them FREE with eviction, CFKS, bids, etc... and you will be LIABLE if something goes wrong.... So I am warning ALL of Real Estate agents out there about this to NOT working with PAM and Chase as their REO will eventually go to a Chase Charity program and you will get almos
