BEWARE! Price gouging. My AC unit was freezing up and I paid $95 for a service call to tell me the coil was dirty and needed clean. My service guy, Mike, then tells me he will need to have another tech come out to service this which will be $400. He also made reference to having to cut the pipes to get to the coil. Well, I had a second opinion who was able to clean the coil without cutting any pipes, added freon and even checked my heating unit for $200. Soooo, please be cautious if considering this company.
