This person is not a professional and his work is far from a professional. After a few hours my tv started to actually come off the wall. I was worried, tried to call "David" back (718) 696-3474 and he would not come back back to look at it or fix it. Long story short I called another company that night, they immediately came out. They dismounted the tv off the bracket. They put hands on bracket and it actually came right off the wall. "David" did not use proper anchors.
