Here it is August 1, 2011 and not a word from Jim Plass of CLP Flooring. I have recieved another e-mail from the BBB saying they have heard nothing back from him as well. Guess that's his MO.....no calls! He is officially listed on the BBB with this claim against him for anyone who has thoughts of using his business. I would SO suggest that they don't, because he is dishonest. Shame on you !
