My hair was really damaged after my visit. A phone call to the owner was helpful only to know that they cared but that is just not enough. You can't give me back my hair. My hair was chemically damaged, cut exceedingly short and the entire experience too over 3 hours and cost $175. I have gone to another salon where more of the damaged hair was cut off--now my hair is shorter and they reinforced my opinion that the job that I had done was terrible. I can not recommend this place unless you want screwed up hair.
