This store has sold me bad Brazilian hair 3 times. Today I complained about the hair I purchased 2 weeks ago. It is tangled and in knots. I didn't put anything on it. The lady in the store laughed and refused to believe she sold me bad hair. Do not purchase hair from this store the Brazilian hair is blended with synthetic hair.
