I went in for a haircut and partial high lights and came out with a mess!!! I have to go to another salon to fix what the owner of vu's salon did to my hair. I very specifically asked for DARK BROWN or CHESTNUT high lights as I have very dark hair. I've had successful high lights for years at other salons so I'm not new to the process. He ended up giving me a coppery shade of orange and BLONDE streaks!!! He tried to tone it down but made things worse as my scalp felt like it was on fire!!! He refused any sort of refund and told me to come back in so
