This was the worst experience I ever had. I Mi Mi do Shelac on my nails a few days before my wedding and she got it all over my hands. It doesn't come off with nail polish remover and it left a scar on my hand for the wedding ring pictures. I got my credit card statement the month after and was charged twice for this and the manager has yet to return my call or "go over her bank statements" because my credit card statement isn't enough proof for her.
