I love this vet clinic, they are very reasonably priced and I have never had any trouble with them whatsoever in the years I've been going. The person does sound like they were one of those very difficult customers , we get customers like that in our business too. Must have really been bad for the vet to lose his temper I've only ever seen him very nice.. Obviously the people were upset losing their dog and their emotions were all over the place too. And there are some weird people out there, trust me. Your dog was old and it was ready to die, it happens. Vets
