I am usually not the type to complain or get upset about my hair, but visiting this salon was the worst hair experience I have ever had. The girl who did my hair was very rude, would not even attempt to carry on a conversation. On top of that, she hit me in the face with the back of her hairbrush twice (on accident but it was pure carelessness and they were hard hits), she was very rough with my hair, gave me a bad haircut and totally ruined my color. I went in asking for a few highlights covered in a light brown, I left with a head full of black ha
