Dancing foot yoga in red bank is a great yoga studio. I had never done yoga before, and i'm not very flexible (which is why i wanted to start), so i took the 10 week intro series. I hgihly recommend this to anyone, even people who have been doing other styles of yoga that don't focus on alignement. I showed some things to my girlfriend who has been yoga at the gym and she had never learned them. I always felt so much better after class. Try it, like they say, it could change your life...
