Pickup scheduled for Monday at 2:00 p.m. I waited 20 minutes for the attendant to come to the counter. Return Thursday at 10:00 a.m. No Hertz attendant to be found. The person at the counter stated to leave the keys. I asked for a receipt and was told he does not work for Hertz and to call Hertz for a receipt. Called Hertz at 2:00 p.m. and they could not issue a receipt because the car had still not been checked in. Due to poor service at this Hertz Local location I recommend going to the airport if you must rent from Hertz.
