Brookchester management treats the tenants like they're in reform school. We've just recently been warned that any personal items left on porches will be confiscated and not returned! That's stealing! Maintenance is going around taking peoples bikes, their flower pots, flags, etc. And they won't give them back. I can't remember how many times I've had to complain about the garbage left on the porches and never had a response from anyone, just more garbage bags. They also have security guards drive around at night spying on tenants, stopping
