Review
Ijust started a Level 1 class and what a great workout. I have talked to some of the other women that started last year and are able to come twice a week, Level 1 and Level 2. They really did make me believe that this cardio tap dance class not only provides a workout but they are truly starting to do pretty impressive tap dance combinations too! I learned a Level 1 combination today during the cool down period and it was very mind stimulating. Sandy
