I provide therapy, coaching, and consultation. As a therapist, I help clients in the Kansas City area with issues particularly challenging to women and adolescent girls today. I strive to help clients gain a better understanding of who they are and how to increase personal effectiveness with others resulting in stronger, healthier relationships. It is my mission to connect with each individual, develop trust in a nonjudgmental relaxing setting, and provide tools to increase life skills and personal strengths.
