We entered the store and it was a warm greeting. We were ask what we were looking for, We were taken to what we asked for. All of our questions were answered. We got samples to take home and asked for a safe carpet cushion with no harmful chemicals with a Green label. We went back again for more samples and picked a carpet color and style. The room was measured. The carpet came in and was asked to look at it before installing. No problem. The carpet came in on time and was installed on the date planned. The installer was GREAT!
