In my professionalism of cosmetology, never have I endured such mean, nasty, rude, & distasteful behavior of anyone associated with beauty... The owner has such nasty attitude if you dare to ask her too many questions about her hair products, which will help U the consumer to make a better purchase choice... The daughter proves that the apple does not fall too far from the tree, how disrespectful customer service... This establishment should be legally shut down with the intent to re-open if & only if a business management class is taken by these two... That
