While I think the doctors are all wonderful and do provide good care their office staff needs alot of help. Customer Service skills is what I would recommend. The staff is very rude and think who they are; which says very little for a medical practice. Once you have seen a doctor and need to call back for any type of test results or anything...GOOD LUCK to you. The HMH practice of customer service is run worse than the checkout out lines at the supermarket on the day before Thanksgiving. DISGUSTING!
