Review
Circa used to be a favorite of my boyfriend and me. When Joe Sperata was the Chef everything was 4 star excellent - the food, the service, etc. Now it has changed hands and chefs and the past few times we were there we were very dissapointed. The food quality and taste is not the same. The waiters are different and the service has gone way down hill. We probably won't be returning anytime soon.
