I have never had a more terrible experience anywhere. The "manager" Reza was extremely rude and confrontational towards my wife and I. My wife purchased a ring for me for christmas and was told that we could order the right size (its Tungsten Carbide) and when the right size arrived we could swap the rings out. That was not the case. The manager demanded that we pay additionally for the correct sized ring and then we would get refunded when it came in. Reza was terrible. Kay has officially lost my business for life thanks to Reza. He should be fired and his sales as
