Our situation is the same as the previous rating. Paid for a turnkey pool including additional concrete and the job was NEVER finished! Had to hire another company to finish. He offers excuses after excuses but NEVER comes through. We have filed in court but he has since closed his business and lives in Maryland so that court documents are difficult to serve. The man is a master at lying and stealing from families! I've met several other families that he has done the same thing to!
